Full Contest Details & Rules for the Country Ace Hardware Ladies Night Photo Contest

Eligibility and Entry:
Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employee Exclusion: Employees of Granby Ace Hardware are not eligible to win.
Method of Entry: Entry requires posting a photo from the 2025 Granby Ace Ladies Night event to a public Facebook or Instagram profile. Private profiles cannot be tracked, and entries will be deemed invalid.
Required Tags: Entrants must tag the official Granby Ace Hardware social media account (e.g., @granbyacehardware on Instagram and @Granby Ace Hardware on Facebook) to be counted.
Multiple Entries: Multiple photo entries per person are permitted and encouraged. Each qualifying photo post is considered a separate entry.
Instagram Stories: Each individual Instagram Story featuring a qualifying Ladies Night photo and tagging Granby Ace Hardware will be counted as 10 Likes toward the total of the corresponding user’s entry. Stories must be viewable by Granby Ace Hardware to be counted before the contest ends.

Winner Selection and Prize Details:
Contest Period: The contest begins immediately and ends promptly at 12:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time) on Sunday, November 30th, 2025.
Winner Determination: The winning entry will be the photo post (Facebook or Instagram) that has accrued the highest number of valid “Likes” at the close of the contest period (11:59 PM MST on Nov. 30, 2025). The Likes from an accompanying Instagram Story entry will be added to the total of the photo post. Granby Ace Hardware’s decision on the Like count is final and binding.
Prize: The winner will receive one (1) FREE 2026 Ladies Night “VIP” Ticket to the Granby Ace Ladies Night event.

Prize Restrictions:
The 2026 Ladies Night “VIP” Ticket has no cash value.
The VIP Ticket may not be redeemed for cash, store credit, or transferred to another individual.
The ticket is valid only for the 2026 Granby Ace Ladies Night event and will be rendered void if the event is canceled.
Any other costs associated with attending the event (e.g., travel, accommodation) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Notification and Photo Rights:
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via a direct message on the social media platform (Facebook or Instagram) used for their winning entry and announced via a post on Granby Ace Hardware’s social media pages within 48 hours of the contest end.
Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the direct message or contact Granby Ace via email or phone within five (5) calendar days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner (the next photo with the most Likes) may be selected. Photo Rights and Licensing: By entering the contest, the entrant grants Granby Ace Hardware a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the submitted photo for promotional and marketing purposes, in any media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation or notification. Entrants warrant that they have the right to grant this license and that the photo does not infringe on any third party’s rights.
Photo Content: Photos must be original, family-friendly, and not contain any offensive, obscene, or illegal content. Granby Ace Hardware reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or not aligned with the spirit of the event.

General Disclaimers and Conditions:
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Release of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Granby Ace Hardware, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any and all liability, injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or the acceptance/use of the prize.
Social Media Platforms: This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants are providing information to Granby Ace Hardware and not to Facebook or Instagram.
Right to Modify/Cancel: Granby Ace Hardware reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Granby Ace Hardware’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Granby Ace Hardware in its sole discretion.
Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Granby Ace Hardware in connection with the contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
