Country Ace Hardware in Granby earns 12th consecutive Pinnacle Performance Award from Ace Hardware Corporation
Country Ace Hardware has earned its 12th consecutive honor as a Pinnacle Performance Retailer, demonstrating its commitment to delivering Ace Hardware’s helpful brand promise. This achievement marks a win every year the Pinnacle designation has been awarded by Ace Hardware Corporation. Winning this award is a major accomplishment, with only five to six percent of all Ace Hardware locations receiving this honor annually. Of the approximately 5,500 Ace Hardware locations, only twelve other retailers have achieved this coveted title every year since the award’s inception in 2013.
The Pinnacle Performance Retailing designation honors Ace Hardware Corporation’s top-performing stores worldwide based on key performance factors, including quality, service, selection, commitment to community and convenience. The ultimate goal is to provide the best possible shopping experience for customers.
Ace Hardware Corporation developed the Pinnacle Performance Retailing designation as part of its long-term strategy for its independently owned stores, which are now located in more than 70 countries. Country Ace Hardware has proven their customer service commitment year after year.

Country Ace Hardware will be sharing their twelfth Pinnacle Performance Retailer award with the community by offering a Pinnacle themed savings event Saturday, April 12th. All regular-priced merchandise in the store will be discounted 12% (see store for details).
